J7 Contractors now offers Mobile “Potholing” Services, using the Hydro-Vacuum Excavation Process. 

Hydro-Vacuum Excavation is a safe, economical option for excavation.  This is a non-destructive process using high pressure air & water to break-up the ground and a high powered suction to remove the dirt, mud, rock, etc. all at the same time, leaving a clean trench with a clear view of the infrastructure beneath the soil.  This process lowers the risk of damages and accidents to the environment, the infrastructure and our employees.

The Value of Hydro-Vacuum Excavation:

• This safer process increases worker’s productivity by :

• Lowering the risk of damages to the underground utilities, etc.  therefore reducing the number of repairs

• The ability to safely remove the ground in and around areas with high volume of pipeline infrastructure, such as compressor stations & manifolds. 

• The ability to excavate up to 20 ft. beneath the surface.

• The ability to assist bigger/ heavier equipment by spotting lines and excavating in areas that taller equipment have trouble maneuvering around, such as low power lines and other low overhead obstructions.
